The Role – This is a 6 month + contract working in Paris as a Level 2 Support ****yst on client site
The Person – You will need to be Fluent French, You will need to have experience providing 2nd line technical support for Avaya & Cisco gateways and call Manager Services, you will need a good knowledge / understanding of VOIP and troubleshooting of IP Phones and IP protocols.
You must have experience with Cisco and Avaya
