The Russian embassy in Budapest said on Monday that a Russian mother accused of abducting her 3-year-old daughter from her French former husband had been detained in Hungary and that the child was with her. Today Elise, the three-year-old girl kidnapped in southern France on March 20 and found in Hungary at the weekend, arrived in France with her father.
The couple divorced in 2007.
