Chantal Jouanno (born July 12 1969 in Vernon (Eure, France) ) is a French politician. She has been Secretary of State for Ecology in the French Government of François Fillon since January 21, 2009. She replaced Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet. She is a close ally of president Sarkozy and former president of ADEME.
She is a former karate champion, being twelve times French champion in her category.
